SPMotionFactory is an independent creative studio focused on AI-assisted visual campaigns, product imagery and short-form motion.
Independent concepts
Projects identified as “independent concept”, “spec ad” or similar are self-initiated portfolio work. They were not commissioned, approved or endorsed by the brands shown.
Brand names, trademarks and product designs belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the creative subject of the concept.
Privacy
When you contact SPMotionFactory by email, the information you provide is used to answer your inquiry, discuss a potential project and maintain necessary business correspondence.
The project form sends your name, email address, brand and project description through FormSubmit to the studio's email inbox. FormSubmit processes submissions and performs spam checks. You can also contact the studio directly by email.
This website does not currently use an analytics service, advertising tracker or an on-site database for project inquiries.
Technical information may be processed by the hosting provider as necessary to deliver and secure the website.
Storage & your choices
Email correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship or meet applicable obligations. Personal information is not sold.
You may request information about your personal data, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected or request deletion where applicable by emailing spmotionfactory@gmail.com.
External services
Links to Instagram and other third-party services lead to websites operated under their own privacy terms. SPMotionFactory is not responsible for the content or data practices of those external services.
